Out of Whack

by Miss Britt on March 27, 2009

My sleep patterns are jacked.

I fell asleep at 7:30 last night and stayed asleep until 6 am this morning.  And I’m still tired.

I haven’t been exercising.  At all.

I’ve been eating crap.

My house is an absolute disaster, even by  my low standards.

I have weeks worth of laundry in various stages of not quite washed or folded or put away.

I haven’t been keeping up with my posting schedules or my writing assignments or my emails.

I’m tired and crank y and all out of whack and need 24 hours that don’t count.

Any ideas where I can buy that?

I’m pretty sure most Walmarts carry that.

This happens. It’s your body telling you that it needs sleep. Soon enough you’ll be back to your old hyper self and wondering why you can’t just be chill.

Go with it, sweets, and have a relaxing weekend if that’s what you want.

Fine. No one else will say it, so I will.

Fatigue is a symptom of a specific condition, Britt. Just ask Faiqa.

I have done the exact same thing lately!!! Maybe it’s just the weather – I refuse to believe I am getting old, or something!

Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to buy that? Target should sell it…they sell everything else…and considering I practically live there, it would be quite convenient.

Hi, you’ve not only had one but THREE house guests in the last week and a half. I can’t believe that you didn’t crack at all…seriously. I would have been like, “lalala, I need my routine back, bitches!”.

Anyway, I am with you…I feel icka from not being on my eating program, shitty from all of the lack of sleep and time adjustments and all I want to do today is crawl up with tv and a gallon or two of water.

If you find the time fairy, bring her to me too!

I am right there with you. I canceled all social plans for this weekend. I needed a mental health day from LIFE.

This is whey you need one of those time-stopping watches that always seem to work out badly in sci-fi flicks or in the Twilight Zone.

okay, we’ll be at DeannaBanana’s in November. Can you wait that long?
…..Or, will she kill you before she lets me do the cleaning, laundry, and preparing a weeks worth of meals for the freezer, at your place instead of hers?
……We’ll be there for Thanksgiving ;o)

But not for long, the rest of the time at the house in Bradenton! I need rest too, doncha know?

I need a week. I haven’t had a real vacation in well over a year and a half and I’m really starting to need one. I am soooo tired! I need one of those time-turners they had in Harry Potter! That would do the trick!

Oh yeah. I know. The school gods smiled on me and sprung a work on me today. And damn, I had no one to take care of Lil’ M so I HAD to take the day off. Today is my time out.

I suggest you call a time out for tomorrow. Whatever will still be there on Sunday.

My sleep patterns are wacked too. I am thinking of taking a break from the laptop this weekend so my brain can adjust to actually living life for once. Problem is, my WW journal is on-line…..

I’ve been fighting a cold bug all week, and it makes me run down and ditzy. Maybe you’re coming down with something? Vitamins B & C are always a good thing…

Either eBay or Amazon should stock something like that. Perhaps Overstock has a few hours you can buy.

Leave the house without pants on. Your husband will be shocked. Blame it on extreme exhaustion, following which he demands you go straight to bed for hours of uninterupted sleep and mommy time.

    Works every time.
