Friends Who Don’t Think Your Toilets Stink

by Miss Britt on June 13, 2008

The only thing better than having a friend from home come to visit…

Britt & Erin

Is having a friend that you don’t have to clean your house for.

And seriously. I so totally didn’t.

She appreciates the pee puddles in the bathroom, yo.

  5. Stephanie June 13, 2008 12:46 am

I have ONE friend like that. Seriously..there is NOTHING sacred with us. I actually pointed out to her last time we were together that I had boob sweat when we were tanning. Then I told her I cleaned the goop from around the base of her toilet in the camper.

Oh yeah, and she has held my hair while I puked, and I have for her.

Nothing like that kind of friend.

Peee Esssss (She is the ONLY person I fart in front of.)

    TMI??? :poke:

Hope you have fun hoppin’ into those pee puddles with your buddy!

    That’s what you meant, right?

  7. Andria June 13, 2008 12:55 am

I love those kind of friends. Those are the friends that you don’t have to get out of your pjs for, or have to put on a bra when they come over. Non-FANCY kind of friends, ya know.

And the trick to a non-stinky bathroom is to flush right as it’s hitting the water. It wastes water, but yeah, sometimes you have to do it for the sake of the person next in line.

  8. Nina June 13, 2008 12:58 am

I have few friends like that and they are my dearest. Have fun this weekend!

  9. Winter June 13, 2008 4:13 am

Having friends you’re that comfortable with is awesome. The happiness you get from knowing that even if there are pee puddles in your bathroom, you’re still accepted and loved is a precious, priceless thing.

  10. Selma June 13, 2008 6:22 am

It’s like a warm foot bath. Can you make it fizz? If so, I’m totally there and you don’t have to clean for me either!

  13. NYCWD June 13, 2008 8:01 am

You should totally bring her to New York.

She’ll have a new appreciation for pee puddles… of that I assure you.

  14. Coal Miner's Granddaughter June 13, 2008 8:08 am

I have some friends like that and they are my favorites. Anyone you don’t have to clean the house for is a real friend!

  21. Sheila (Charm School Reject) June 13, 2008 10:06 am

I have ONE friend that I don’t feel the need to obsessively clean my house for but even then, I usually feel stupid. Of course, with as many people as we have living in our house (eight) and all the other grandkids coming over constantly (seven) our house usually looks like a disaster area.

PS: Speaking of disaster areas, any word on helping out your hometown??

  22. Bucky June 13, 2008 10:21 am

Real friends will do the cleaning for you.

  23. Employee No. 3699 June 13, 2008 10:36 am

My bestest friend in the world, and child’s namesake, came to visit last week…and thank GOD I didn’t have to clean the house either. We’ve been friends since we were seven.

    Aren’t friends like that priceless???

  26. maggie, dammit June 13, 2008 11:26 am

There are no other friends worth having.

    Enjoy enjoy enjoy!

Friends who love you for the good and the bad, priceless! I would have still scooped the cat box though. I am not embarrassed by human odors, but I am mortified by the cat ones..

In sickness and in filth, until paying full retail does us part.

That’s my definition of a friend.

  32. Turnbaby June 14, 2008 8:09 am

That’s awesome–feeling like family is the best. I hope y’all are having a blast

Rock. True, long-term friends are deliciously rare.

  37. Mindy June 15, 2008 1:04 am

My BFF and I are a different breed altogether. Like our children are half siblings and are 7 1/2 months apart. Haha… But seriously, we are like sisters but treat eachother better. Cherish the time you have with her. Enjoy every minute.

  38. natalie June 15, 2008 1:50 pm

  40. martymankins June 16, 2008 10:24 am

We have friends that drop over all the time and don’t think twice about cleaning anything…. that is until they leave. Then it’s a 15 min scrub down.
