“By the way, I’m guest hosting a radio show Sunday night.”
“Mmm Hhm. That’s nice.”
“Well, I mean an Internet show. Obviously.”
“OK. Whatever babe.”
“It might be a feature show. It’s about man bashing.”
“Oh nice, Britt. Real nice. Jeez. I mean that just figures. I can’t – ”
“I’m against man bashing, dumbass.”
“Oh. Heh. Well.”
“I have a son, you know.”
“And what about your loving husband?”
“Yeah, well, there’s still time for me to switch sides.”
Tune in to Turnbaby Talks – a BlogTalk Radio Show – on Sunday at 8pm EST. Turnbaby will be talking with Hilly and I, and all of her lovely listeners, about man bashing.
I’m still on the fence about which team I’ll be rooting for.

I’ll try to tune in. It’s hard for me to dedicate half my Sunday to just sitting and listening. But if you and Hilly are there, that’s pretty good incentive.

I try not to man bash either.
It only turns them on.
Heh.

Leave it to a hormonal gaggle of illogical chicks to consider themselves experts on what should only be described as pure perfection, and nature’s only real valuable contribution to the world.
(I assume I’ll get paid my usual sum for ‘getting things going’)

Oh, sounds like something fun to tune in to!

Sounds like that will be a lot of fun to listen to!

Yeah! My comments work now! :lmao:

Is the opposite of man bashing “man stroking”, because if so, I’m totally there.

Does the “bashing” involve blunt heavy objects? Because I can totally see you doing that.

Oh and your radio link doesn’t work, honey. This is the correct link:

Ummmm….my husband has been doing all of the cooking and cleaning for 35 years. Man bashing? not so much.

Tsk. I am, philosophically speaking, totally against “man-bashing” because a) I have two wonderful sons, an incredible son in law, and a rocks-my-socks grandson. AND b) because I am against sexism.
However, at the moment, I am also categorically against “man stroking”.
Wonder what that makes me?

Commercials and tv shows man bash all the time – that bothers me to no end! Guys are literally seen as these idiots who are loveable and should be coddled like children.
Then again, my husband is an idiot sometimes…
Kidding! No -not really. Hmm…

Wait, I thought we were PRO man bashing??? What the hell?
Kidding.
Super Kidding.
Super Plus Kidding.

Hee hee
I was totally coddled today by guys–it was fun and nice.

We’ll see how the NYC day plays out, but if we’re home and not otherwise occupied we’ll listen live.
Stay on the “against” side… please?
Bashing men is just setting us all up for failure.

Now I have to figure out how BlogTalk Radio works. I am neither for nor against it. Unless my ex-husband is involved!

Some men are bash-worthy, some men are stroke-worthy. It’s just the way of the world.

I am so glad that I have found some women who don’t seem to enjoy the idea of man-bashing. I feel inundated with these images much like Sybil Law mentioned. I was brought up to respect women, and I expect the same in return. Fair is fair
