Is This Home? Nah. It’s just Florida.

by Miss Britt on May 5, 2008

Dear Fellow TequilaCon 08 Attendees,

It was amazing to meet you. What a fucking crap load of fun you all are. Seriously. I really think we need to make this an event that happens far more frequently than once a year.

XOXO
The Crazy Blonde Chick In Yellow

Dear Sheraton Homies,

I miss you so much it hurts.

I felt just as much at home on the 10th floor of the Sheraton all weekend as I do sitting in my own kitchen right now. I can’t wait to see you all again.

Until then – remember me in your twats.

XOXO
The Crazy Blonde Bitch Kept Asking You To Make Out All Weekend

Dear Readers and Bloggers Who Weren’t in Philly This Weekend,

I hope you know, you were there in spirit. I can’t wait to share the stories and the pictures and the laughs with you once I’ve had a full night’s sleep. Because you need to know – you are part of something incredible. Even if you don’t have a name tag that says so.

XOXO
Miss Britt

Dear Bank of America,

Can we just pretend like this weekend never happened?

Please?

I’m so glad I have Twitter otherwise I would have felt completely left out. Even though I didn’t get drunk dialed.

Is Twitter and Flickr considered “being there in spirit”? If so, I had a kick ass time.

Yeah, sitting at home watching Twitter and sipping my Jose was just like being there! NOT. But it sure made a lot of us determined not to miss TC09!

Thanks so much to you all for sharing with us non-attendees.

I fully believe that banks (and other companies that handle our money for us) should offer contracts with a ‘get out of debt free’ clause you can use once a year.

No questions asked, no reasons needed. Just call up and say “Dude, I seriously got this weekend fucked up in the check book. I’m using the free pass, give me the cash back.”

I also totally agree… a nametag does not make membership in an incredible thing such as the blogosphere.

It just puts it into a better perspective.

From the looks of some of the photos, you and I were incredibly amused on the dance floor. I seem to remember singing into straws… any of that ringing a bell?
