I’ve seen this going around and to be honest I have been a bit disgusted that none of you have nominated me before now.  I mean, really!  Who makes you THINK more than me?  What other blogger can make you think about Prince’s hot, sweaty goodness?  What other blogger makes you think “if there is a waiting list to hell, at least I know someone is ahead of me”?  I mean really people.  I give and I give…

Anyway, two of you obviously know what is UP and Deb and My Little Blonde Bombshell have nominated me for a Thinking Award.  Go me.  Do you see me blowing kisses and smooches at you two?  Muwah!

Here’s the deal.  It is now my job, nay, my responsibility and privilege, to pass on the award to five bloggers who will in turn link back to me thereby giving me more glorious traffic make me think.  It’s the perfect meme.  For glory hogs. :-)

1. Amy at Amysmusings - and not just because I love her like a sister and a best friend and a co-conspirator all rolled into one.  But because she makes me think.  She makes me want to be a better person.  And a better mom.  And a more cunning, quick witted biyatch.  And if you don’t read her you should.  Daily.  And you should be showering her with comments, m’kay?

2. Richie at Championable - love to all, especially you Richie.  He digs deep.  He’s trying to do better.  He’s working through the shit that we all have and isn’t afraid to put it all out there while he does.  And mom?  Seriously.  You will LOVE him.  Go there now.  Happy Early Birthday.

3. Joe at Feast Of Crumbs - even though he is too cool for memes I’m sure.  But seriously?  Freaking GENIUS.  A generous, awesome, only slightly condescending when the situation calls for it genius.  Joe mainly makes me think “fuck I used to be smart!”.  But that totally counts.

4. Dave at Blogography - even though the entire world is already in love with him and there is very little I can add.  But truly - if you don’t know Dave, you don’t know Blogging.  He’s smart and thoughtful.  And funny and sarcastic.  And just all around AMAZING.  And somehow single, which baffles the hell out of me.

Who else… hmm…. (drums fingers and taps toes…)

5. Avitable - and not just because he threatened to put up Those Pictures Of Me if I didn’t name him.  His blog mainly makes me think “how fucking low will you GO man for a little attention!!??”  But the man behind the blog?  Makes me re-think every common misconception about men and success and smart people.  Because under all the crap?  Is this really kind, humble, gentle, generous person - who really likes boobs.

So that’s it.  If you’re looking for new blogs - check these bitches out.  All of them.  And tell them they are loved and respected and admired.
