I was going to get right to work this morning and try to be productive and make money and shit. But I’ve received a few “where the hell is my daily blog update?!?!” emails - and I’m afraid of enraging the masses.
Technically it was one email. But she’s from a long ways away, so that counts.
First things first - me. Specifically, me being nominated for an award over here. You’re supposed to be able to vote for me here, but it seems most of us are getting a “survey expired” message. Friggin’ vote riggin’.
For those of you who are having your rights trampled on right now, I recommend you go here and comment on the most recent post. I am all for freedom of speech, so feel free to comment however you’d like. However, if you’re at a loss for words, I might recommend:
“Excuse me, ma’am? I am trying to vote for the most bestest greatest blog out there - Miss Britt (at which point you should add my URL). The survey is expired, but I am desperate to make sure that the lovely Miss Britt receives all of the credit she is due. And then some. Because she is awesome like that. (at which point you may insert my URL again, if you’d like)”
But that’s just a suggestion.
Of course, if you have no intentions of voting for me, I recommend that you just hop-a-long to the next link in your bloglines drill. OK? This is a popularity contest and I intend to get myself a tiara This Blog Was One Of The Coolest buttons.

Ah yes, Amy’s on stickam now too. She, Avi and I had quite the video love fest last night. And you missed it. Are you sad?
No really, you should be. I showed my boobs and the newest addition to my shoe porn collection and Amy made out with her rat. Avi, of course, just watched. It was all very “progressive”.
You can catch me on stickam at sporadic, unplanned times. Because, really, who doesn’t want to watch me make wild hand gestures while I talk to myself?
I mean, seriously, I’ve been nominated for a freaking AWARD!!

Avi I think you were the only one NOT drinking last night. I was having a lovely gin martini… but it didn’t interact well with my cold meds.
Congrats on the nomination Britt, I’ve voted for you, but then you knew I would.
And SOPHIE IS NOT A RAT. She is a very EXPENSIVE CHINCHILLA!!!!!! (Avi, I would appreciate some backup on this, she’s really being MEAN about it!)

Amy, I liked looking at your chinchilla. Even though it was hairier than I normally like my chinchillas to be, it was very cute. And I was impressed with your dexterity when you kissed your own chinchilla.

Hmmm, well, one of the biggest differences between rats and chinchillas is the price. For example, Britt, it would be very inexpensive to fill a box full of rats and ship it… even across a couple of states. :twisted: You couldn’t do that with a chinchilla.
