I was at the office until just after 7:00 last night trying to wrap up artwork for a client - because I rock like that. I came in bright and early this morning to discover that said artwork needs to be ‘tweaked’ - because apparently I do not, in fact, rock like that.
So this morning I’m a little “busy” - or at least, I’m anticipating getting “busy”. I mean… er… wait…
Anyway, I’m blaming my writer’s block on that.
It seems when I’m busy, stumped and/or desperate, my first instinct is to steal. Specifically, I get an overwhelming urge to steal other people’s ideas.
I hear a voice from my past whispering “don’t fight it baby…”
Hm. Interesting. Well, anyway, not one to ignore the voices in my head, I’m going with The Urge.
(For being stumped and busy, I’m managing to ramble this into quite the lengthy post. I’ve got skillz I tell ya, skillz)

OK, my questions may be kind of dorky, but they are things I really want to know.
First, I have lived my whole life on the East Coast, so I know nothing about Iowa. It is just part of some kind of giant, undefined “Midwest” in my mind. Have you always lived there? Do you like it? Would you ever live anywhere else?
Second (and you may have already talked about this before, but I am kind of new to your blog), you talk a lot about the people you work with. I was wondering what kind of work you do, and if you enjoy it.
